"This response is from Jessica Nietman, Noah Ward's girlfriend who was with him during his stay: * no towels upon arrival, and when requested, it took 3 follow-up phone calls and two hours to receive them * there were multiple grimy stains on the sheets * although it was a non-smoking room, it reeked of smoke and odd stenches - very stale air * requested 9:00 wake up call - never received one and almost missed an appointment. when we alterted the front desk, they were non-apologetic and blamed it on the guy who was working the night shift * overall, the room was filty, humid and stinky -- we slept with socks and full atire -- i actually dreamed about bugs! * in general, the hotel hallway rugs were tattered, stained and moldy. * we alerted management of all our problems during our check out and she diverted her glance to the computer and just ignored everything. she gave us our receipt and said 'come again' * i honestly am appalled at the condition of the hotel, the rooms, and the dire lack of customer service. the man 'dan' in the pro shop actually denied letting my friends test out tennis raquest that they were interested in buying. he was rude and just miserable -- accused them of trying to get out of paying a $2 rental fee!! he needs some serious training. it would have been much more curteous to say that they could test them out, but if they decide not to buy they would be held accountable for the $2 fee. is that brain surgery? the whole staff would benefit greatly from any kind of customer service training and incentive program because they are clearly miserable working there and care nothing about the place or it's guests."
